Born from a love of this island
Nature Trails began not as a business, but as a question: what if every traveler could experience Sri Lanka the way we do — slowly, deeply, and with someone who truly loves it?
How it began
A journey that never really ended
Our founder grew up in Sri Lanka, with a deep love for the island's culture, landscapes, and people. After years of living and travelling abroad, the pull of home never faded — if anything, it grew stronger with every mile.
That restless curiosity sparked an idea. They brought together two people who shared their passion: Promosh Didulanka, whose deep knowledge of hotels and the tourism industry would shape the guest experience from the ground up, and Prabhath Nagoda Vithana, whose talent for coordinating excursions and intimate knowledge of Sri Lanka's hidden corners would bring every itinerary to life.
Together, the three of them built Nature Trails — not as a business first, but as a promise: to show Sri Lanka not as a destination, but as a living story worth telling slowly, deeply, and with people who truly love it.
